Watch Strap Returns
We work to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If your product is faulty, we’ll be happy to return or exchange the product within 28 days for refund, or an exchange.
To make a return:
* Items must be unused/unworn.
* Items must still be in their original packaging with all tags attached
* Items must not be damaged or show any signs of wear
* You must have a receipt or other proof of purchase
To return a product, send the product back to Golby Watch Straps Ltd, 27 Springfield Crescent, Solihull, B92 9AF, United Kingdom along with proof of purchase and your details. We will send a confirmation email once we have received your returned item(s). Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
Please note: the refund will only cover the original cost of the product. We will not be able to refund any import Duty/VAT/GST fees levied by your country.

PRE-ORDER RETURNS
All pre-orders purchased directly via www.golbywatches.co.uk or outside of (ie. Kickstarter) will NOT be eligible for a refund during the production of the item. Due to the nature of pre-orders, funds cannot be released during production. By purchasing a pre-order item, you agree to this term.

Please contact craig@golbywatches.co.uk to initiate a return. Our policy begins 3 days after your tracking number indicates delivery. If 28 days have gone by, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. This only applies to new products purchased directly from www.golbywatches.co.uk
The return shipping fee for Return/Replacement items will not be covered by Golby Watches.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, bracelet and clasp must remain unsized. It must also be in the original packaging with all the plastic wrapping still intact. You'll also need your receipt and warranty card.

PRE-ORDERS OUTSIDE OF WWW.GOLBYWATCHES.CO.UK
All pre-orders made outside of www.golbywatches.co.uk (ie. Kickstarter) will NOT be eligible for refund or exchange unless there is a manufacturer's defect. Profit margins set via any of our crowdfunding campaigns are razor thin as well as being a 'custom order' placed with our manufacturer on your behalf, therefore we will be unable to process returns and refunds simply because you changed your mind. We are a small company that stands behind our products, but we reserve the right to refuse any return not due to defect.
